We noticed that a 15% service charge was already included in the bill. However, after we asked to pay, we were still asked to leave an additional tip. When we pointed out that the service charge was already on the bill, the waiter told us it was not and said the extra tip would be shared between him and his colleague. Check your bill carefully before leaving an additional tip, as a service charge may already be included.

Very expensive for mediocre food. Absolutely nothing special whatsoever. Basic tastes and cheap ingredients. Had the bog standard goulash which was just about ok. And the duck leg and cabbage with a side of crispy mushrooms and homemade chips. You even get charged extra for ketchup! £100 for 2 of us. The waiter tried but failed to be funny and charming.

Such a cute place! The food was reasonably price for the portion size you got and so worth it so delicious! The decor was lovely and service quick and friendly. Loved the cherry beer! What a gem of Budapest :)

Awesome comfort food just like my grandma made for me as a child. The palascintas are perfect, savory chicken and the desert jam, ask to go light on the jam for more of the crepe taste. I would eat 5 or 6 of these as a kid in 1964

We had an amazing time at this Hungarian restaurant. We tried several traditional dishes, and everything was incredibly flavorful and generous in portion size. A special mention goes to our waiter Zalàn, who was very friendly and made our experience even better. Just a small note: the kitchen may close a bit early, so it’s best not to arrive too late. We’ll definitely come back next time we’re in Budapest!
