Éjjel-nappal nyitva, és végtelenül kedvesek a gyógyszerészek! Szeretek ide járni. Az épület mögött is van parkolási lehetőség, nem csak előtte.

Nekem jó tapasztalatom volt eddig, kedvesek voltak, a fekete hajú, tetovált, fiatal lánynak külön köszönöm a lelkiismeretességét (amit előtte 3 helyen nem sikerült megnéznie egyik patikusnak sem, a tartósan hiánycikként emlegetett gyógyszeremet ő rugalmasan megrendelte másnapra).

A mai napon (2026.04.17.) családommal betértem a gyógyszertárba vásárlási szándékkal. A gyerekek valóban hangosabbak voltak a teljes csendnél, azonban a patikus hölgy lekezelő és pimasz stílusa elfogadhatatlan volt számomra. Egyrészt a gyermekeimre tett bántó megjegyzése azonnal kiváltotta nemtetszésemet, majd ezt további, szakmaiatlan reakciók követték. Ezek után kértem, hogy beszélhessek a vezetővel, amit elutasított. Ezt követően a vásárlók könyvét kértem, amelyet szintén nem bocsátott rendelkezésemre. Amennyiben a tulajdonos olvassa ezeket a sorokat, szívesen részletezem az esetet, bízva abban, hogy egy elszigetelt esetről van szó (a hölgy nevét személyiségi jogok miatt nem tüntetem fel). Külön megjegyzendő, hogy amikor jeleztem a hölgynek, hogy ilyen stílussal itt még nem találkoztam, és ehhez nem vagyok hozzászokva, azt válaszolta, hogy engem és a családomat még soha nem látta. Bár ennek nincs relevanciája, megjegyzem, hogy a nyitás óta viszonylag gyakran járok ide, azonban ezt a jövőben egy ideig mellőzni fogom.

Nagyon köszönöm a ma esti segítséget a patikus hölgyeknek. Reggel óta küzdöttem, hogy ellátást kapjak az övsömörömre, de az emberi bánásmódot, kedvességet és pontos szakmai tájékoztatást csak este 8-kor kaptam meg, ebben a patikában. Hálás köszönet érte.
