Very good sports shop, bit pricey and it's a quest to find the price tags, as I was wrestling with some shorts. Staff Very good, my Hungarian is pretty bad, one staff member wiped out her phone and Google translation came to the rescue. The star was the lovely Victoria, very good at her job, tried the shorts and got them. Definitely a future manager with the excellent skills she is. One of the staff girls drinking water by the cashier was absolutely stunning. Wow made my day. Great place 👌 Definitely open a branch in London please, UK needs Hervis.

I bought a scooter for my daughter, but when I arrived home, I realized that the front wheels were fixed and it wasn't suitable for my daughter. In less than two hours, I went back there to return the scooter, but to my surprise, the seller and the management told me that they don't accept returns and can only issue a gift card for purchasing other products from the store, which is completely against the laws of Hungary. After a while of conversation with them, I was forced to buy a larger scooter that is not suitable at all for my three-year-old daughter. I am deeply sorry for such an encounter.

I bought a bag and after a couple of months (still had warranty) it had a hole caused by the low quality material. At the beginning they asked if i wanna have the money back or get i repaired. I went with the 2nd option. After a month or so i got a message that i can collect it, so i did. When i got there they said that i ve to prove that i didn t do it otherwise they wont pay me back nor gonna repair it. I asked for the complaint book (?!) and suddenly i was right and they were able to give back the money. So hungarian, so sad, so pathetic

Seems like they are trying to get rid of faulty products in this store. Once bought a backpack here only to notice that a side pocket is torn. Another time a pair of shoes at a discount, which I suspect had a manufacturing error as both pieces tore in after 2 days at the same spot. The staff was unfriendly handling my complaint. I won't come back here to buy anything more serious than a T shirt for sure.
