The food was good, but nothing special. The service however was terrible. We recieved our meals over 40 minutes after we've ordered them. My friend's meal was cold. Another notable thing: the children's portions are bigger than the adult ones. I wasn't that hungry so I ordered off the kid's menu. The waiter warned me that my meal would be small, however after I recieved it I've noticed that my portion was bigger than my friends' portions, which resulted in me not being able to finish it and asking my friends for help. I can just imagine some dad who's a jacked coal miner coming to this restaurant with his 6 year old daughter and his portion being smaller than hers. Truly ridiculous. And when we wanted to pay the waiter seemed really annoyed that we wanted to split the check even though we've informed them in advance. It is also worth noting that the food was really expensive, but I feel like that can be said about most restaurants in Budapest. The live music was nice so 2 stars instead of 1.

We were looking to experience different Hungarian cuisine in Budapest. This place was great. My wife and I split a Langos dish on a very hot evening (95 degrees at 7:00 pm). It was wonderful. The night before we watched the staff dancing during the dinner hours. Both indoor and outdoor seating.

The trout dish was absolutely amazing. Very tasty and as in the photo was perfect. We had a langosh with just garlic and it is so scrumptious and moorish. The paprika chicken was ok. We could taste a delicate smoky paprika flavour and aroma. But the taste of the chicken was more overpowering. We also had a mixes salad. Massive bowl enough for 3 people. It was crispy and delicate olive oil added to its flavour. I recommend the food there highly.

The place is very big, both inside and outside, so it takes a lot of time to get the order. But it's worth the wait, since there is a live orchestra performing, and the waiters are very polite.

A warm and cozy place, but the service was quite mediocre. We received our dishes after waiting for about 50 minutes, and only after I approached the waiters two or three times. We got the salad without a serving spoon, and when we asked for one to share it, it took a while. One of our friends’ dishes arrived cold. In the end, the bill was very high and didn’t really feel justified. They also don’t accept euro coins, only bills, and if you pay in euros you receive your change in forints — something worth knowing in advance.
