One of the best restaurants in Budapest that we have tried in all the years we have been visiting the city. The food is excellently prepared and delicious! The waitress was extremely polite and friendly, explaining everything we asked with a smile. The food was served quickly. We had great experience, definitely recommended!

We had a wonderful dining experience here. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, and everything was clean and comfortable. Our server, JENCI, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel well taken care of throughout the meal. The food was delicious, and every dish was full of flavor. We especially recommend the dishes shown in the photo, which were excellent and definitely worth trying. Highly recommend this restaurant, and we’ll be happy to come back!

I was in hungarian heaven. My second visit here and for the second time I was more than satisfied. Traditional, home tasting food was my experience. Don't ask many questions, just drop here (book a table in advance) and taste Hungary on a plate. And my special thanks to Sasa, who was looking after us. Professionalism in 200%. If I ever run a restaurant I would love to have such top-waiter in my team. All the best Sasa 👐

We enjoyed the comfortable feel of the place. The wait staff was very good, and our waiter Mark was wonderful, truly one of the best service experiences we have had so far in Budapest. The food was very good. I had the traditional Goulash, and my husband had the beef stew with egg barley, paired with the suggested red wine. We also had the peasant bread. It was all very good; more than enough food. We highly recommend it. (Sorry, I forgot to take pictures of our food. We were too busy eating 😁)

★★★★★ I stopped here during my layover in Budapest and had a fantastic meal. The Bakonyi beef stew with dumplings was absolutely delicious. The beef was tender, rich in flavor, and the portion was so generous that I couldn’t even finish it all. I also tried the dessert, which was excellent. It was rich and satisfying without being overly sweet or heavy, something I really appreciated. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and their recommendations were spot on. If you’re looking for authentic Hungarian food with large portions and great service, I would definitely recommend this place.
