Extremely unprofessional! I made an appointment with a specialist in the clinic 2 months ago (and received a confirmation). I also received reminders both over the phone and via email for my upcoming appointment. On the day of the appointment 3 hours before it, I received an email saying „We're sorry to hear that your reservation has been cancelled“!!!! 😡 The appointment was cancelled by them. I received no explanation as of why in the mail. I tried to call 5 times - no one picked up and I also wrote a mail - no one has bothered to reply to it yet (it’s been 3 days)! Extremely disappointing - especially having to wait for 2 months for the appointment and they cancel it the last moment with no explanation whatsoever!
