Zsófia was a star before, during and after my treatment. Explained everything clearly and felt safe in her hands. Highly recommended. Receptionists were great as well.

Dr Skurdenka was late to the appointment, and follow-up communication was slow. I haven't received a response to a message from 1 week ago. Shows little respect for patients’ time or concerns. (edited 10/23/2025)

I had an appointment at this clinic yesterday, and unfortunately, it was the most unacceptable treatment I have ever experienced. From the moment I met Dr. Beatrix Skurdenka, she greeted me with an offensive and dismissive attitude. I felt like an inconvenience rather than a patient who had come for help. Her tone was snippy and unprofessional, which made the entire consultation extremely uncomfortable. I would have ended the meeting immediately if that hadn’t meant wasting both my time and the full consultation fee — which, of course, I was still charged. Overall, I left the clinic feeling disrespected and disappointed. I genuinely hope the clinic takes this kind of feedback seriously and reconsiders how they treat their patients in the future. P.s.: The receptionists were really nice and seemed sorry for my experience as they listened to the last part of my discussion with the doctor.

I chose them because the variety of IVs they are offering and because the ingredients in them. The price is decent and affordable. You would pay more for high quality supplements that what's in an IV. The location is great and the service is excellent. Kind and friendly staff and the interior is clean and superb. I feel better already and will visit again.
