Update: Management apologized and before my next appointment with them, they called me in advance to let me know that I should arrive 30 min later to avoid waiting time. I appreciate that efforts are made for improvement.

Extremely pleased with the service I received here while we were visiting Budapest. I made an appointment in person and everyone I interacted with was efficient, professional and kind. Definitely recommend coming here if you’re in need of medical assistance in Budapest.

I do not recommend this clinic. I had to wait 40 minutes past my appointment time, and the consultation itself lasted only 15 minutes. The doctor seemed rushed and dismissed most of my questions, often referring me to other specialists even though the issues were clearly within her field. Three weeks later, I called to request a prescription. After four calls and two visits, they wanted to charge me 6,000 HUF and then claimed I hadn’t mentioned the medication during my appointment. This was clearly documented in the doctor’s report from my visit. Good location, but overall a very disappointing experience.

When someone is sick and goes to the doctor, they automatically become dependent. They are vulnerable and open in every way. They are in pain and don't know what to do about it, like a child. The doctor faces a difficult task: identify the source of the illness, while reassuring the person and encouraging recovery, accompanying them with kind words and explaining the essence of treatment and recovery. This is what happened to me. Despite the complexity of my situation, Dr. Csapó Judit calmly and thoroughly examined me, answered all my questions, prescribed the necessary medication, and offered several contacts in case of emergency. I am grateful to you, Dr. Csapó Judit, for your humanity and kindness, your light and understanding! I will always remember that. Thank you🌿🤍

I went here about a week ago to have a few tests done. From the moment we spoke on the phone to make a reservation, there was a very friendly approach. When I went to the center, the nurses and staff were very friendly and helpful. The results came on the date they said (even earlier). Similarly, they immediately supported me with a question mark I had about the report. It was my first time here, but this is where I will choose to go next time I need it.
