Something's constantly broken. They send me to different addresses where either there hasn't been a branch for a long time, or where it's no longer open.

I recently visited this OTP branch to open a salary account, and I had an amazing experience. A huge thank you to the consultant, Mihály, for his exceptional service! He was incredibly professional, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free for an expat. Highly recommend this branch and this specialist!

This branch is usually quick at offering their services. I highly recommend the guy at the office number 4 , he is so helpful and he doesn’t take requests face value but he goes above and beyond to explain everything and even offer alternatives solution to whatever request/issue you have unlike other agents and on top of that his english is very good. His name is Mihály.

If I could give a negative rating I would. I have come here multiple times and faced the same issues. They refuse to serve English speakers fairly and will make up any excuse to not do the work you want to get done. Wasted my time every time I came to this branch. Do not come here if you value your time

An utterly worthless branch. Avoid at all costs if you are an English speaker. They will make you wait until most Hungarians have been taken care of. They avoid doing work whenever possible and try to send you to a different branch or tell you to come in another day. Sad excuse for a branch
