Teljesen fogalmatlanok.

The worst experience ever. The staff never explain all the requirements clearly at once — you have to come several times just to find out new problems each time. If you don’t speak Hungarian, you must bring a translator. Such a waste of time. Definitely not recommended!

I recently opened a new bank account for my newly established company, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Beáta Takács was my consultant, and she was absolutely exceptional—extremely helpful, highly efficient, and incredibly fast. I think we might have set a new record, as the entire process took just a few minutes! Not only did Beáta handle everything seamlessly, but she also guided me through the process to ensure I received the maximum benefits possible. The bank itself offers a fantastic atmosphere, fair fees, and the fastest, most efficient support I’ve ever experienced—no unnecessary bureaucracy, no waiting time, just smooth and professional service. I highly recommend this bank to anyone looking for top-tier service, and a huge thank you to Beáta for her outstanding support!

Interpreter needed.. they speak English but still ask me to bring an Interpreter. That's awful for a bank to behave in this manner..very unprofessional as a European bank.
