I have been dealing with OTP bank for more than 10 years and as a forginer and this one of the biggest mistakes that I did in Hungary, people are really rude the services are so complicated and never let you finish complete your request fully, just today I was trying to transfer money and then print the the transaction and the the guy who is counter 2 or 3 he has gray hair was really rude he was angry first because he needs to refresh my data in there system which is there problem and then he refused to print the transaction paper and he asked me to create online account and login and print it then I told him I need your signature because it was for the ministry and he star shouting and hardly he agreed to print it and let me pay 1600 without telling me if I agree to pay these fees and he refused to stamp it, please my advice for you to you avoid this bank by all the cost they are so unprofessional

Good place to use ATM as a foreign. We could take out cash without fees or without being scared of our card getting cloned or worse. Would recommend if you’re visiting Budapest and want/need to take some cash out (and generally other OTP banks for their ATMs).
