UniCredit Bank

Terrible service at this branch. Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior, with clear discriminatory treatment. I went in to update the billing address on my account. The place was empty, with no other customers in line. After waiting 15 minutes since taking my number, a Hungarian customer arrived and was immediately attended by the employee at desk #2, even though he had just taken his number after me. When I pointed this out, the employee said it was correct for him to be served first. I am extremely disappointed by this experience.

I am in line since 90 minutes and when I entered only there was one person before than me. In the meantime there are three desk where the employees don't receive any client. Very poor service level!

Incredibly bureaucratic and time-consuming! I was practically forced to take a number, and no one cared about my issue beforehand. While getting the number, I had to go through many questions – the whole process took five times longer than the actual handling of my problem. In the end, it quickly became clear that they couldn’t help me. On top of that, the staff was very unfriendly. Absolutely not recommended!

There was no one at the bank entrance to greet customers. I wanted to transfer tuition to the school using the computer. I tried to do it myself, but it didn't work. I asked one of the staff members, and she complained that she still had work. Then no one paid attention to me. There were several staff members in the lobby without customers, but they all pretended not to hear that someone needed help.

Went there to close my account. Talking about this subject (closing an account is so easy and fast and she will give you a written proof). Waiting time was not so long. The staff who assisted told me at the beginning itself that her English is not so good but she will try to assist. Even at times when she was not explaining properly she was still nice and being patient. That’s what is important. This office is recently renovated and really comfy.
