The lady at the counter was extremely friendly and kind, and managed to completely save my silver necklace after I ruined it in the lucasz thermal baths. Such lovely customer service and I couldn’t recommend more.

Egy reif merev karkötőt vásároltunk itt születésnapomra, amiben sajnos vásárlás után egy héttel elestem. A karperec eldeformálódott és majdnem el is tört. Nem sok jóra számítva bementem az üzletbe, hogy amennyiben lehetséges , megjavítassam. Természetesen nem is számoltam vele, hogy ezt garanciális keretek között megteszik, mivel mechanikai behatás okozta a sérülést, ami kizáró ok, de nagy meglepetésemre karperec ingyenes a javítását ajánlották fel, amit ezúton is mégegyszer nagyon köszönök. Bár ez a fajta sérülés nem hozható 100%-ban helyre, mindent megtettek annak érdekében, hogy az eredeti állapotot visszaállítsák. Igazán vásárló orientált, etikus kereskedői magatartás.

Itt vásároltuk a karikagyűrűinket, hatalmas a választék és nagyon kedvesek az eladók is. Külön pozitívum, hogy az egyik gyűrűt csináltatnunk kellett és hamar, 1 héten belül át is vehettük. Nekünk volt egy kis problémánk az egyik gyűrűvel, de teljesen korrekt módon és rugalmasan tudták kezelni (ami manapság elég ritka) így az is nagyon hamar megoldódott. Ajánlani tudom Őket, mi teljesen elégedettek vagyunk.

We got our wedding ring here. The lady working there is very attentive. she understood our situation and suggested proper options! The service is very good and smooth. she speaks good English as well. they have nice design and with reasonable price compared to other shops in the Westend.

Despite this whole situation with the virus and lockdown that is getting worse day by day, they are keeping open with big efforts to sterilize the whole shop to make your and our shopping time safe and valuable to find what you want easily. We have made the choice to buy my fiance her wedding ring here, and let me tell you they have made us a great small discount that made the prices even more compatable with the real market prices and also a great customer service explaining and showing us exactly what we were looking for! I really recommend you taking a look if you are looking for some great quality jewelery with the best market prices and customer service at its best. Stay safe everyone!
