i went with a friend for a short time trip to budapest in november. for very short term trips i think it's alright. i don't recommend for longer trips than 1-2 days because their bathrooms are kinda dirty and you don't really get privacy after shower. the rooms are alright, but they are poorly maintained. it's not bad, but not good either. basically, you get what you pay for.

Extremely Disappointed and Frustrated – Terrible Experience! I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience was absolutely awful and unacceptable. My boyfriend and I arrived at this hotel after a long, exhausting trip. It was late in the evening, and we were tired and cold. We had made an online reservation in advance and paid for our room, expecting a smooth check-in process. But when we arrived at the reception, we were met with complete incompetence. First, the hotel gave us the wrong address in the booking confirmation. We spent extra time searching for the hotel, which was frustrating enough. Then, when we finally arrived, the receptionist, a young woman, told us that the hotel was fully booked and the reception was closed. I explained that I had a reservation and had already paid online, but she just repeated that the hotel was full and offered no further explanation. She didn’t apologize, didn’t explain why my reservation wasn’t honored, and didn’t offer any help at all. Not even a hint of customer service or basic courtesy. Just rude indifference. Do not go there. We had very bad experience. No one speaks english, only hungarian. The responsivness of the host is really bad. We texted him at 13.00 but didn't get any response. When we came to accomodation, he wasn't even there. We tried calling him four times but there was no response, the phone was always busy. We didn't get the apartment we booked. On photos of aprartment there was a kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Instead we got a small bedroom but the bathroom and kitcen were shared. In the room that we got, there was only one pillow and one towel (we booked for two people of course). Because things weren't bad enough, the shared bathroom was unable to lock. There was big key hole, but no key to be found anywhere. Although, it was at least clean.

4.7？there is no way this hotel could have such rating. It only get 5.9 out of 10 on booking.com. I traveled almost all around Europe, but by far, this is the worst hotel in every single way, hygiene, service, facilities, comfort. The have a shared toilet, I was totally fine with shared toliet or bathroom, but the only two bathroom I have on the first floor, one is jammed, the other one was completely cover with excrement. I thought someone will clean it later but it got worse next day, and there was no toilet paper in there. The room was ok, but smells horrible with strong disinfectant, feels like they just get it cleaned right before you check in, and you can't open window since the mosquito will get in. The most nightmare thing was, there is a garbage dumping point right next the hotel although the smell not very strong unless you stand close to it but it explains why there are so many mosquitoes. Other than these, the wifi was ok, no parking places provided except some open free place where you can park your car on your own risks. No comfort for me, and strongly not recommended
