Very disappointing experience. I booked an appointment and paid 40,000 HUF only to get a medical paper signed for university application purposes. Instead, they performed several medical tests that I neither needed nor requested. After all the tests were finished, I asked them to sign the document, but they refused — even after I had already paid. When I complained, they told me: “Don’t worry, we will call you later and sign it.” I waited for a whole week and then went back to the clinic. This time, they told me that they do not sign such documents at all, despite the fact that some of my friends had similar papers signed by other doctors. In the end, I paid 40,000 HUF for nothing. Thank you for your “service.”

If you are tempted to get comprehensive medical care there as a foreigner - find another place. Though in the beginning stages it seemed as if this health institute is set up to service foreigners, it does not fulfill that promise once you prepaid for whatever it is that you are in need of. What a waste of money.

I had a very disappointing experience with a dermatologist at Swiss Clinic. I was in the consultation for only 10 minutes, paid 32k, and the doctor barely examined me or answered any questions. Communication was vague, unprofessional, and at times rude. Definitely not what I expect from this place.

Not happy at all with my appointment with Dr Ertsey Csaba... I don't advice to see him mostly if you are a women ,he's sexist,old fashioned and give very hazardous diagnostic. I don't understand why he's working in Swiss clinic which is usually with good and professional doctors.

Great team of doctors and nurses. I had appointments for a laboratory check up and an abdominal ultrasound, and both examinations went super smooth. I’m genuinely terrified of drawing blood (think fainting every time), but the technician who did it was the nicest human being on the planet, she let my friend come in with me and distract me, and she also did everything to make it as comfortable as possible. The doctor who did the ultrasound was extremely nice as well, she listened to all of my questions and concerns and explained everything very well. Had a great experience, can only recommend. Thank you!
