I make it a habit to go into the hobby stores in each city I am visiting and Szellemlovas is one of the best ones I have visited. Great selection in TTRPGs, Boardgames, Miniature Wargaming and even Novels, not to mention a selection of antiquarian TTRPGs and books. Plus the staff is very helpful and kind. They do have a selection of English language products so the store is interesting even for hobbyist who don't speak Hungarian. I will be back for sure.

We visited as part of a long weekend trip to Budapest based on recommendations online. Those were borne out - it is a great shop. Loads of choice in board games, plenty of Warhammer goodies. We picked up a game we had been looking for but not available in the UK. Also grabbed a couple of games in Hungarian - just to provide an extra challenge. The shop staff were very helpful and good to deal with.

We were on a short trip in Budapest. My partner collects board and role-playing games. The selection also includes many games in English. We definitely found what we were looking for here. Great location, excellent selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff!
