The least I expected after buying a very overpriced toy was receiving a proper bag and bow.. It's a Toys Store!!! I had to pay extra for the brown paper bag, and no bow was available! To add an extra to the very bad service, the employee had a "kill me" face for the whole 5 minutes the transaction lasted.. I highly recommend buying on Temu /Aliexpress before coming here, as there's no advantages on doing so, only the disadvantage of paying 2 or 3 times for the same product.

Quite expensive, you can find some toys for half the price online. Also the staff tends to follow you around the store which is suppose is for service but just feels really pushy

You can probably find something here since they have a decent variety, but it’s soo pricey and the staff wasn’t helpful. There are different toy stores close to the mall that have much much better prices.

Very kind and helpful staff, they speak English as well, and you can find a huge variety of games here, basically all you need. It's very tiny, hard to move around. You can find games from very cheap to very expensive. There are unfortunately games that they only have in Hungarian and don't order even for request on English. There are some games that they don't have all the parts to, so you shouldn't get your hopes up too much.

Even though we didn't buy anything this time and they had been already closing, the staff were extremely nice, helpful and friendly (especially the lady who helped us dinosaur-wise, and Kori, their dedicated board game expert). Also, their English is remarkably good, just as great as their wide knowledge of the products. I can only recommend them. Thanks :)
