We bought a DIY model product from this shop and afterwards we realized at the bank record that the price is more than we calculated, since we werent informed on euro price and tried to figure out the price by ourselfs. Due to this misunderstanding and calculate issue I went back to store and kindly ask for return of the product. What I couldnt expect was a remarkable change of act, very rude and unprofessional service even finishing with ‘go away’ level! You dont have any right to insult people just like that, while all I asked for a help as a tourist and customer. If you cannot help with the return you can simply explain your policy about it, or easily listen my problem as customer who paid for your products. Eventually since most products in this store can be found at other places, I highly recommend to ‘stay away’ from this store as they themself suggested the same thing with a very unpleasant experience.

Very nice staff. Completely unusual and usual selections of games. Unfortunately I only had Euro on me and they only work with HUF. I'll try to order online...

One of the best board game shop in Budapest. They also have a wide selection of Funko figures and outdoor toys.

I had an order which accidentally had a (tiny, but) missing item and a minor damage, possibly due to the delivery. Even though I reacted very late (3-4 weeks after the delivery), they apologised and they were very open to send me the missing item and replace the box of the board game. I'm glad they were this flexible! :)

Interesting games chosen by intelligent folks who love games and know their inventory. We went to find toys for children of three different ages and the staff were quite helpful, giving thoughtful suggestions and providing specifics. Most games are in Hungarian.
