We came here to eat breakfast. We ordered chicken sandwiches and ham&cheese sandwiches and also a croissant. It was good, but too much cheese for me. The coffee was good! Worth to try:)

Incredible service and pastries! Also don’t forget to try their juices - they’re excellent. Lots of seating in and out, but if you sit outside do not feed the pigeons!! Those birds are menaces

Amazing and spacious cafe and pastry spot, I had my best matcha experience in the whole of Budapest here. Both the inside and the outside is huge with many places to sit down and chat or even work/study. The staff is extremely nice and speak amazing English! Would definitely go back on another time in Budapest⭐️

My second visit during my stay. Recommended the Mustard Salami Twist (this is what bought me back) and the Basque cheese cake. Nice staff and cozy environment. Self served water available.

Ever since I was young, first arriving at my all-male secondary school, one thing I can vividly remember hearing is how much everyone loved Vaj. Bar a few lads in my Drama class, everyone seemed so high on this institution, saying it was one of their driving forces in life to succeed, an endless pursuit of Vaj. I personally was none the wiser to what they were talking about; that was until I visited Budapest and stumbled across this franchise, sampling one of their famous creme brûlée croissants. Suddenly, I understood: no wonder word had travelled from Eastern Europe all the way to my school in England, the rumours I had grown accustomed to hearing about the irresistible draw of Vaj beginning to make sense. On my second visit to the city, I even took my girlfriend to the best Vaj in Hungary (which bizarrely several friends advised me not to do), and this trip was even more successful. Thoroughly recommended.
