Came to the emergency room due to respiratory issues, called a door for access and did not even wait for 5 minutes to be checked! Very professional and welcoming staff! Listened to all of my symptoms and examined me more to be sure there are no more things happening. All staff spoke English! I did not have a single problem with communication. The visit was around 25 minutes, got all instructions and prescription for medications.

Horrible. I got a bad cut on my arm in an accident and tried to find an emergency room late at night (1-2 AM approx). A doctor from back home (because I am a student here in Budapest) said it can heal if I keep it clean and bandaged, but ideally it should be stitched because it was a bit deep — go to an emergency room he said - even though I did not want stitches. So I tried looking for somewhere. The website says open 24 hrs while their sign says until 8 AM, so I understood I was in good time still. But noone was there, doors closed, then I spotted some guy there — he could have come so I’d be informed how things are done but no - yes it was late - yes I probably looked like some homeless hobo because I just threw on house clothes, not to mention I was alone late at night and had an arm that couldn't stop bleeding. Maybe it had to be with an ambulance? but some told me it was not necessary and emergency rooms you can just go when it is really serious (you know how it is worldwide) - guess not. Should have trusted my gut and settled for the bandage from the beginning. However, at least after about 2hrs 30mins bleeding slowed. So hoping for the best I guess. I dunno.

I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the staff in the emergency room. My mom had extremely high blood pressure, and I was panicking. When I brought her to the emergency room, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive to details. Despite my concern about not speaking Hungarian, the medical staff spoke English and performed all the necessary medical procedures. Thanks to the professionalism of Mr. Molnar, my mom's blood pressure stabilized, and I was able to take her home. Thank you all for your exceptional care and support.
