I came for a quick examination. Booked online, got registered at the front desk smoothly only to find that despite booking the doctor is on holiday and we have to wait for a substitution. No estimated time of delay given. This is NOT the care we expect and deserve. If they have an online booking: then keep it updated. Beggars are asking for money in the waiting area, which is unacceptable. The building is spacious, looks clean but the service needs serious improvement since it’s not for free. The social security deduction from our salaries is huge. There should be a service to match it.

I went in with a deep hand wound and broken fingers; they didn't take X-rays or treat the wound properly—just a piece of gauze and some tape. Disgraceful.

The man at the desk was incredibly kind and walked me to the right place even if he didn’t really speak english. The receptionist at the otolaryngology department spoke italian and helped me with no hesitation. A special mention goes to the female doctor who took care of me right away and removed a bug from my ear in less than five minutes. Really great experience!

Yesterday we had an emergency appointment with an ophthalmologist. Unfortunately, we didn't remember his name (it was a man). Thank you so much to the doctor, he's a very good doctor and person.

I arrived at this Hospital at 1am after having severe difficulty to breathe. After arriving here I realised that the hospital was closes but one guy was sitting at the reception. So I called him and he told me that the hospital was closed. I went outside to call and Ambulance and they told me to give the phone to the guy sitting at the reception. The responder and reception guy talked and then a hospital staff lady came to whom I had explained my situation, she told me to go to another building in the hospital. I went to that building and found no one there. In the end I was left alone suffering and troubled because I didn't speak Hungarian and I am of brown skin. This is not a Hospital, a hospital is a place where people get treated, I received no treatment here and the staff are terrible. Try to avoid this hospital if you can afford it.
