If you are doing septoplasty here, RUN AWAY. For anyone who is trying to find information about ENT department of this hospital, please pay careful attention to my review here. I gave 1 star because there is no option to give zero. I had a septum deviation correction surgery with Dr. Valeria Josa in 2026. After the surgery, she said everything was fine and nothing to worry about. But my symptoms persisted for several months without any improvement so upon what i read online I checked my own nose using a torch and found a big hole in my septum. When i came for a check-up after this, she told me i am exaggerating and being dramatic and even scolded me. I literally asked about any possible complications way before the surgery but she said nothing and told me it is a simple surgery and i do not need to worry. I have so many other things to write but i will stop here. To sum up, if you are considering having a septum deviation surgery here, please please go to other places, do some research, ask and have some doubt. Their equipment and technique is so outdated that they will end up ruining your nose without any hint of regret or sympathy. These days, other clinics or countries are doing

A hétvégén sajnos el kellett menjek Nőgyógyászati ügyeletre, és 6. Kerületi lakosként ide tartozok. Bár az eleje kicsit döcögősen indult, mert alig találtam meg, hogy az emeleten belül hova kell menjek (nem találtam se táblát, se ott dolgozót), egy páciens végül útbaigazított. Itt kerültem Dr Lakatos Veronikához, aki egy tündér doktornő. Nagyon empatikus, alapos és kedves volt, szóval a legjobb kezekben éreztem magam nála! Mégegyszer köszönöm neki innen is a végtelen türelmét, és munkáját!!❤️❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hospital. I went to Péterfy Hospital to get a simple appointment for my stomach pain, and the person responsible at the reception refused to help me. Instead, she handed me a paper and told me to come back in 20 days. I explained I was in pain and just needed to get an appointment to see a doctor, but she didn’t care. This place is a complete joke than a hospital.no help, no empathy, just terrible service. It is a disaster especially for foreigners coming or living in Budapest

Worst hospital I've ever been to, came here with my friend because he had a problem, we called 112 they said for us to come here and no one helps they say it's not something medical professionals can do, no one speaks English and they don't try to understand you with the translator
