The hotel has its positives, but unfortunately, the hygiene and housekeeping issues ruined the experience. ​The Good: ​Front Desk: The staff at the reception are completely fine, polite, and easy to deal with. ​Bar & Bartender: Absolute highlight of the stay! The bartender is top-notch—he really knows what he's selling, gives great recommendations, and is awesome to chat with. ​Room: The room itself is fine, the mattresses are comfortable, we slept well, and the blackout curtains work great. ​The Bad: ​Bathroom Cleanliness: Upon arrival, we found dirty doors and hair left on the bathroom wall. ​Housekeeping Service: I reported the issue at the reception right away and showed them photos. They promised to fix it and sent cleaning service, but the hair and dirty spots were left untouched. After complaining a second time, I was assured it would be thoroughly cleaned in the morning. Unfortunately, even after the morning housekeeping, everything remained exactly the same. ​Summary: While the bar atmosphere is fantastic and the beds are comfy, the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom and the complete failure of the housekeeping team to fix it—even after two separate complaints—is unaccept

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Akeah Verdi Budapest Hotel. We arrived from the airport during a very hot day, tired and exhausted, and it was such a thoughtful touch that the air conditioning in our room had already been switched on for us — it immediately made us feel comfortable and welcomed. The hotel itself is clean, quiet, and very well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making everything feel easy and stress-free. The location is another major advantage, with the metro station just across the street, making it incredibly easy to explore Budapest. Our room was also very comfortable, with a great bed, a good fridge, and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. A bottle of water had been left in the room for us, which was a lovely extra touch. Overall, everything was seamless, practical, and genuinely enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The facilities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality experience. I will definitely be returning!
