I received a prescription from my doctor for a rather expensive medication. The pharmacy I usually go to doesn't have the medicine in the specified packaging size. They couldn't order it. So I went to this pharmacy. They didn't have it either, but they would order it and it would be there the next day. Prices were only approximate. It wasn't there the next day. They just asked me to come back after the weekend. Before I went to the pharmacy in the evening, I called them twice. Nobody answered the phone and nobody called my Hungarian number back. I went there in the early evening and the medicine was not there again. The employee indicated that they have no idea if and when the medicine will arrive. This does not meet my expectations of a pharmacy or fair business conduct. The order should have been rejected or at least actively pursued and the customer should have been informed. Then I could have gotten an alternative prescription earlier.

A lovely lady Pharmacist advised and sold me Strepsils for a mild sore throat. She spoke perfect English, was very polite and also extremely helpful when I asked for some directions to local attractions. She was wonderful.

Shameful! Started yelling at me because I asked how to use the medicine prescribed, in English and not in Hungarian. Avoid at ALL COST if you're a foreigner they make you feel unwelcome inadequate and as if it's an insult actually to ask them do their job, which is actually to assist you with your prescriptions. Pure xenophobes.
