Régóta járok a központba, nagyon hasznos. Mindig többet tudok meg az állapotomról és sehol nem kaptam még ilyen tőrödést.

Nekem csak jó tapasztalatom volt. Telefonon kerestek meg egy állapotfelméréssel kapcsolatban, a helyszínen mindenki kedves volt és kaptam egy részletes kiértékelést is.

FIGYELEM! IDŐS EMBEREKET KERESNEK MEG TELEFONON FIZETŐS SZOLGÁLTATÁSOKKAL. Felháborítónak tartom az ilyen telefonos megkereséseket. 83 éves, demenciával és kezdődő Alzheimer-kórral diagnosztizált nagymamámat keresték meg, és a beszélgetés alapján azt hitte, hogy egészségügyi időpontra hívták be. Mire észrevettük, már úton volt a rendelésre. Rendkívül aggályosnak tartom, hogy idős, kiszolgáltatott embereket ilyen módon érnek el, mert könnyen azt hihetik, hogy valamilyen szükséges vagy hivatalos egészségügyi ellátásra hívták őket. Véleményem szerint az ilyen jellegű megkereséseket egyáltalán nem lenne szabad idősek felé alkalmazni, mert könnyen olyan helyzetbe kerülhetnek, amelynek a következményeit már nem tudják felelősen átlátni.
