staff does not take care, I have ordered a coffee with plant based milk, it was delivered with cow milk… being intolerant to milk this ruins me 2 days from now on. this was the second time they made a mistake in 10 visits, pretty bad ratio. previously when I notes an issue to the staff they did not even apologize. customers shall be cautious. there is another Frei not so far with much better staff.

Lovely coffee shop with huge variety of coffees from all over the world. I go this place very often and I’ve tried so many coffees and I was never disappointed. The staff is always nice and ready to help you out if you can’t choose.

Love Café Frei, so much variety from all over the world you are guaranteed to find something you like. My personal favourite is the smooth thick Swiss Alpine Hot chocolate even in the warm weather it is a treat.

Different types of coffees from all over the world in a great and stylish environment. Some frappes weren't available when I visited, so we have been suggested different options. Very good overall! Definitely recommend this place.

The most authentic and lovely cafe ever! Aside from different types of coffee from around the world they also have packed coffee, tea and more to get as a gift and they grade the coffee in the shop for you if you ask for it. They also serve healthy smoothies with a plant powder of your choice. The taste is amazing g the variety is huge. The staff is kind. You can take it away or drink it there. It has a very beautiful artistic interior design. Always a must visit place. ❤️
