The staff member (I didn’t ask for his name) was very helpful and patiently explained how I could check the stock online. Since I was worried about the size if I ordered online, he assured me that I could collect the shoes in the store, try them on there, and request a refund if they didn’t fit. I was really impressed by how kind and helpful he was. This happened on March 6 at around 19:50. Great customer service!

The workersand staff are angry, arrogant and very rude. The guy with white hair was looking in a very weird way and the cashier was throwing papers while making the transaction and she didn't ask if we need a bag and was annoyed that we asked about it. Really the staff need some training how to behave with customers

Good shop to find different brands and different prices of shoes. You can make a club card to get discounts sometimes

Huge shoe shop, plenty of different models on moderate prices. Good if you need something quickly or when you can catch the huge sales here, but for those prices you can’t buy something for a lifetime. They bonus card is really valuable because of the special prices. The shop assistants are helpful, just they quantity isn’t enough for this size of sale space. 😊👠👟👞👡👢💼👜🎒🙏🏼👽
