Barátnőmmel bokacsizmát vásároltunk volna (mindketten). Az eladónő extrém unott arccal adta át a dobozt, úgy hogy nem a vevőre nézett!!!!!!. A stílusa bunkó. Aki emberekkel foglalkozik, az nem viselkedhet így...ha pedig nem szereti az embereket, akkor oakoljon konzervet valahol. Természetesen nem vásároltunk itt, nem hagytunk ott 70ezer forintot. Megvettük másik Rieker boltban.

Udvarias, készséges eladók. Külön köszönet a világos, szőkés vállig érő hajú eladó hölgynek kedvességéért vásárlásom során. A minőség tökéletes, ez közismert. Amúgy , ha csak körülnézni mentem be az üzletbe, akkor is mindig udvariasan fogadtak. Tanácsot adtak. Sosem volt még itt rossz tapasztalatom. Köszönöm.

Végtelenül bunkó stílusú az eladónő. Rieker honlapról kerestem egy cipőt, nekem azt honnan kellene tudnom, hogy a Rieker nevű márkabolt az nem maga a Rieker. Szóval először kaptam egy kioktatást erről. Majd megjegyeztem, hogy felpróbálnék egy hasonlót, ami akár ha tetszett volna meg is vettem volna helyben (még ha másik modell is, mint az eredetileg kinézett). Erre nagyjából azonnal rám lett pirítva, hogy ő nem támogatja a konkurenciát, hogy utána a Rieker honlapról megrendeljek egy másikat. A stílus az megengedhetetlen volt, mert szívesen vettem volna az üzletben elérhető másik modellt, de erre esélyem sem volt, mert azonnal le voltam rohanva.

A Google 21.00 órás zárást mutatott. Sokáig kerestük az eldugott boltocskát, ami már kis mérete folytán is csalódást keltett. 19.45-kor értünk oda, az eladó az orrunk előtt leoltotta a villanyt, és távozott. Kérdésünkre, meddig tart nyitva, a neten más időpont van kiírva, közölte, hogy a Covid óta nem tudják javítani a nyitvatartási időt. Arra nem kaptunk választ, hogy zárás előtt negyedórával miért zár. Utána elmentünk a Westendben lévő Salamander boltba, ahol az eladó készségesen segített, de a Rieker-választék gyenge volt, a modellek "nagyi"-sak voltak. Azt a boltot is keresni kellett, mert egy éve egy emelettel feljebb költözött, de a neten még mindig földszint szerepel. Összességében nem volt kellemes szombat esti élmény. Úgy képzeltem, hogy a Rieker webshopban látható szandálokból tudok próbálni. Ismerem a webshop kondíciókat: kifizetni két-három párt, ami 50.000-100.000 Ft egyszerre, és kétszer várni futárra. Ha egyszerre csak egy párral kíserletezünk, többször várhatjuk a futárt, amíg belefáradunk a rossz cipők visszaküldésébe. Ezt egy boltban 3-5 pár felpróbálásával félóra alatt megoldaná a vásárló.
