There is a possibility to buy many different things. The problem is that it is in the basement and can be reached by a spiral staircase. Polite and safe professional service.

small store but has many things and you can always order online and pickup in the store. I was talking with a man, he was incredibly helpful and kind and just brightened my day so wanted to write a review:)

I just wanted to get a travel adapter and asked the guy and he initially showed me the section and when I chose the item to ask him regarding warranty and how to know if the product works in the box, his answer was in a rude way, I don't speak English and no body speaks. Usually people who don't speak are shy about it and try their best to help but then I turned around to ask for help from the cashier lady and he responded to me saying can't you read the sign in English that I cannot go this way. This is extremely unpleasant comment after saying he doesn't speak English! I just wanted to not buy the item and wanted to place it back and then he started showing me the adapter works and finally saying based on my skin color and where I'm from, the adapter should work for me. Just imagine the foolishness, I'll make sure the international community knows about this so I help this store to connect only with the local customers. Avoid this store.

Being my first time entering this store and what was surprising was that there was an old man in this beautiful store who could not deal with peopleSince I do not speak his language, he refused to speak directly with me when he heard me ask him a question in English! It is not his fault that he does not speak English, but the mis t ake was when I felt that he did not want to serve me or even leave me to search the shelf that had the item I wanted to buy. I was also surprised after he told me that this store is not for the public but for corporate service, and since he spoke to me in a rude manner, I felt that he was deceiving me, so I started to choose the product and went to the cashier and paid, but I felt insulted, disappointed and shocked by a person I was seeing for the first time, but my fault is that I do not speak his language!!!🤔

What a disappointment!!!!! Walked a mile to get there in the hope that I could buy here an indoor antenna for our TV. The store is located in a basemet. No customers. No greetings at the entrance. Walked in. Two attendants were sitting and relaxing at PC monitors. "I would like to buy an indoor TV antenna for my TV please". grumpy look...." We do not have that". Oh..thanks for Your help.... Next guy said..." The exit is on the other way Sir...". ....../////++++. Sorry what kind of a Micky Mouse company is this in Budapest my German friends? Mail order in general...in know...Must have a store... I Know ..:-) These guys at Oktogon Budapest should really go home and relax there rather. Orders should be placed on internet only. Store with this kind of service is really obsolete in 2021 and onwards....
