Hey Mediamark management, I hope you would ever read this. It is stupid to do a shop, hire people, have stock, pay high rent and at the end, since 7 years your employees try to avoid questions, whenever you ask someone he says I don’t know, not my department, turn his face! I had a nice discussion with the guy this time he mentioned how would the company train me to know 25k products, nice question, I don’t know, go see your competitors, go to see other countries! You go to the department (which is iphone), nothing complicated, you don’t find the guy, you wait, you ask about him, they ignore, suckssss! If i need to be fully independent, no need for physical we shop, online is even easier

People working there are not trained how to speak with visitors. I wanted to buy couple of acs but I understood that interrupting chat between the colligues is annoying them- ordered online form a competitor instead. Train your staff really - customer do not deserve such a low level of service.

I had to go there (2026.05.09 Saturday ~10:45), to purchase urgently one special type of battery. I spent 20 seconds picking the battery, and around 10 minutes queuing. Only 2 older ladies were there as cashiers, and the whole system is just so 1990s. I will avoid Media Markts in the future like the plague. Horrendously inefficient, annoying ,and extremely overpriced junk. 1.5 stars actually.

✅ First of all, let me say that I give Vince David, who works here, 5 stars, I would give him 10 stars if it were possible. David communicates very well with the client, listens to our problem and finds the best solution as soon as possible. ✅ The store is very big and it is very fun to walk around here. ✅ The products are of high quality and have guarantees. ❌ Some workers have no knowledge of the products and are not helpful at all. ❌ Some products are shown in stock on the site but are not available in any store.

All the store is pretty vast and contains lots electronic items but I some of their staffs are not customers friendly at all. I understand here people talk in Hungarian and can have difficulties in assisting in English but when someone is making efforts to make you understand using Google translate and the lady of this Earphone section was even not ready to give it a read. I was running behind her and she kept ignoring me. The problems was for the same product in my case it was jbl 110 bt earfone, it was two different price one was 10k and other was 13k.. I was trying to figure out was it is so but the counter lady sent me to this lady saying this is her section and she was help you with that but this lady It was very bad experience
