I am a tourist and I wanted to buy an iPad, I was filling my info and when I had to write the country part she took it and said she will write it herself which is approximately weird. She asked where I’m from, (she previously saw my passport) I said I’m from Israel. I was there with my Turkish father. After a few minutes she turns to me the computer for me to check if everything is right and I see that she wrote “Palestine”. Of course I corrected her and said that I am from Israel and she chanced it. It is absolutely not professional and racist of her to do such a thing. I really thought she was sweet at first but what did she have to prove to me, an 18 year old girl? What a stupid thought to write Palestine when I told her I am from Israel. I am not against any country, I am just a tourist that is buying an iPad. What gives you the right to do such a stupid thing If someone would have told her that they are from Ukraine, would she write Russia also? Rude and very rude

Terrible customer service. I wanted to buy a screen protector. The guy at the counter tried to upsell me a more expensive one and when I asked for the cheaper version he said that it can only be purchased online, as if there was no stock there available already in the store. I exited the store, placed the order and within 15mins I miraculously received a notification that the order can be picked up! What a joke! If anyone has any experience with apple customer service, istyles Hungary makes sure you get the exact opposite of that !

Very cool service. Extremely responsive. I ordered MacBook Pro which should be in 3 weeks. But it was much earlier, just in 1 week. And also they made me gift (usb c hub). Recommend it!

The gentleman who helped us out today was a shining star in our unfortunate situation with the iPhone. Not only he guided us through step by step what needed to be done - actually he done it for us. The result was marvelous. His knowledge and service was outstanding. Being the phone reset to factory settings, he logged onto their Wi-Fi to allow downloading the current update and to manage the bare minimum restore to be able to use the phone again. Excellent results. (Would make handras proud)
