Ma ebben a gyógyszertárban váltottam ki a felhőbe felírt gyógyszeremet. Egy neonzöld shortot viselő úr szolgált ki, aki rendkívül lekezelő és flegma stílusban kommunikált, és semmilyen ügyfélközpontú hozzáállást nem tapasztaltam tőle. Több mint 14 éve lakom a környéken, rendszeresen megfordulok a helyi gyógyszertárakban, de ilyen kiszolgálással még nem találkoztam. Érdekes módon egy korábbi Google-értékelésben azt olvastam, hogy valaki csak életveszély esetén térne be ebbe a gyógyszertárba. A mai tapasztalataim alapján sajnos kezdem megérteni, mire gondolt. Szerencsére a környéken több gyógyszertár is található, így a jövőben inkább olyan helyet választok, ahol a szakmai segítség mellett a vásárlókkal való kommunikáció és a tiszteletteljes bánásmód is alapvető. Úgy gondolom, érdemes lenne a vezetőségnek nagyobb figyelmet fordítania erre, ha szeretnék megtartani a vásárlóikat, mert a megfelelő szakmai munka mellett az emberi hozzáállás is sokat számít.

Kedvesek,segítőkészek.Nagyfokú szakmai hozzáértés.Mindig tájékoztatnak vagy emlékeztetnek,javasolnak kedvezményekről,elérhető lehetőségekröl,akciókról,a gondozási kártyával kapcsolatos használatról.Így több esetben is nekik köszönhetően tudtam spórolni.

Ez az a hely ahová akkor futnék be maximum, ha életveszélyes lenne a helyzet! 3 nő ült a plexi mögött amikor betértem azonnal pukkadozás, meredt szemekkel való bámulás következett. Én döbbentem próbáltam mondani amit szeretnék a legértelmesebbnek, aki próbálta őket csitítani - inkább kevesebb sikerrel. Alig vártam, hogy kiszabaduljak, soha többet oda a lábam be nem teszem! 😐
