This shop is a scam. I bought a new keyboard and returned it for warranty service. After 1.5 months, they told me it was ready for pickup. However, instead of my new original keyboard, they gave me a very old, dirty, heavily used keyboard in a damaged box. When I tried to complain, the staff suddenly pretended they didn’t speak English and refused to help. I strongly recommend avoiding this Euronics store. They are scammers.

I have been replacing my Sodastream canister there for many months. Now they have stopped stocking these and tell me to go to their other stores. I should not have to travel so far to get a replacement: instead Customer Service staff should have some canisters transferred to their Corvin store from another branch, so we can do a swap there (at Corvin). Instead, I have had to go allover Budapest trying to find a replacement and finally gave up and BOUGHT any entirely new canister that I can replace (spending 10000HUF I should not have to have spent). So, I'm afraid Euronics gets a low rating from me, as they are not honouring their contract to supply. HOWEVER, I do give them an extra star because of the one nice lady who always welcomes my dog, thank you for this :)

I just had to write and express my heartfelt gratitude for the absolutely phenomenal customer experience I had at your store . I mean, who needs competent sales associates or basic courtesy when you can have a team of experts in avoidance and buck-passing? I was particularly impressed by the way each staff member I approached seemed to be suffering from a sudden case of amnesia, forgetting that they were, in fact, employees of the store and not just random bystanders. And the way they all worked together to ensure that I received absolutely no assistance whatsoever? Pure poetry. But what really impressed me was the sheer level of incompetence on display. I mean, it takes a special kind of skill to be that bad at customer service. I can only assume that your hiring process involves a rigorous series of tests, including: - A written exam to see who can come up with the most creative excuses for not helping customers - A role-playing exercise to practice avoiding eye contact and pretending to be busy - A panel interview to assess the candidate's ability to pass the buck and blame others for their mistakes And I'm sure your skill assessment process is equally impressive. The employee behavior at job is example of management quality. The old ladies at the customer service desk are the meanest people I have ever met during my travels. Not sure if they are angry at their life and take it out on customers or they’re just disappointed how things have turned out for them. No morality. Employee gave me an item when asked which was not the right item so when I try to return it or exchange, the managers and employees dug their heels deeper. They didn’t want to hear any explanation because they had already made up their mind for not returning the item. My first experience at Euronics store in Hungary and now I could tell they don’t teach customer service.

The worst customer service ever. I waited for more than 1 hour, and they kept telling lies... I mean, if I can get a refund because your product fails, tell me so I can leave… What’s the point of waiting for more than 1 hour and getting nothing… The staff kept looking at me and waited for me to leave… There are so many excuses because it is Christmas, blah blah, blah… Just tell me if you don't want to give a refund to a foreigner... So racist
