Thought this is operated by department store but money got not the same rate on board lower than 20% the staff refused to explain, asking actual amount before you take out money or go away.

They don't even deserve one star ! Rude man working there. It feels like he's giving you the money from his pocket ! I recommend to change the staff immediately.

Terrible, terrible communication. Staff is incredibly unfriendly and unprofessional, they berate you instead of relay policies nor will they help you understand. Pray that there isn't a mistake with your transactions because they'll just dismiss and humiliate you. I hate coming here but it was the closest branch to me, I'll find some place else where I can talk with actual human beings that don't treat me like a burden - they're just exchanging money and processing papers I don't understand the attitude, and customers are in and out quickly no one is attempting to bother them personally.

That guy who wore ‘Hungarian Legend Hungary’ you’d better watch out on the street. He only wants to serves to the girls and veryyyy lazy. Why dont you just be yourself at home if you work like that and ruin other people’s day. Bad service.
