Fraud. Stay away from this place. A transfer of 2450 EUR ended with only 2044 EUR received — nearly 400 EUR lost due to a completely non-transparent and misleading exchange rate. The fee would be around 2000 HUF — in reality, it was over 34,000 HUF. No clear explanation, no proper disclosure, just a massive hidden margin. I also called this office directly. The staff member was completely unprofessional and unhelpful. She confirmed the exchange rate from the official website, yet could not explain where the missing ~400 EUR went. When I asked for her name and requested a check using the transfer number, she refused to provide any information and avoided the request. On my first call, they even hung up as soon as I asked, “Do you speak English?” This is not normal service — this is taking advantage of customers. I am escalating this with formal complaints and legal action. My lawyers will be reviewing this case and the practices of this business. If you don’t want to lose your money, go somewhere else.

Will not change money at this location again. Changed $300 Canadian dollars to Hungarian forints. Exchange rate was decent, but not great. Was charged 10% commission!!!! Minimum by law is 0.3%. Most places will charge 1-1.5%. Complete rip-off.
