The guy who was helping me was very rude and unfriendly. He was talking to someone else, so he wasn't providing good service. I exchanged money in two different currencies, and that annoyed him even more. Terrible service.

Best price after checking three places. Gave me the expected and advertised amount of Forint from Euros unlike the two Western Union places near St Istvan that tried to rip me off. Do not go to any place that has Western Union- they tried to cheat me in Prague too.

best exchange rate in the area. very low commission. exchange a lot of currencies that can be difficult (eg. bulgarian lev, australian dollar). staff are very friendly and willing to make things work (ie. exchanging to me in euro and forint when she didn’t have the exact amount of euro).

If there was no star I would give that for the service. Really rude employee who doesn't want to do her job. After I asked about the commission rate the lady pointed at the paper on the window and started yelling that she's lost her voice so she doesn't want to talk (allegedly, although I could clearly hear what she was yelling for a long few minutes). I asked her name as she was being extremely rude to be able to report her behaviour somewhere. After she refused to tell me her name, she refused to serve me and started threatening me that she will report me to the authorities as I am a suspicious client which was ridiculous. I would seriously check on the employees behaviour as a simple exchange related question shouldn't escalate into a threat to a customer.
