I gave 1 star because no option for nothing! This Company is a disrespecting people. Playing with peoples nerves. The product we purchased was faulty we took it back within 3 hours and they did not giving me other option than send the toy for quality inspection. By law they have to give you the option to choose for exchange or this! And when the inspection report stated I were right the product has fault cannot be fixed they again did not giving me option to take another toy, a preopened toy was waiting for me at the cash desk! I was not happy to take it but also not leaving my money for these kind of people. This is disgusting!! We did not pay for a preowned toy with scratches on it! I wish these people will have a pre eaten bread at the bakery to feel how they treat others! NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I missed the fact that this is an online store and just showed up with no order. One of the employees helped me register to the website and in 10 minutes I had my items in hand! Good prices and great service!
