We had a really nice meal here. The best quality of pork we have ever eaten. Actually this was my second time here and the noodles were amazing as I remember it. Couldn't recommend this place more for authentic thai/laos food. The waitresses were friendly and great.

Found this gem near Keleti train station. Good food, nice ambiance & very friendly staff. Chili oil was sooo good we bought 2 little containers of it. We will definitely be back if we crave for Lao/Thai cuisine. A must try if you’re in the area.

It was my first time trying Khao Piek Sen and it was super tasty, truly amazing! The noodle’s texture was also incredible! It is probably one of the best soups I’ve ever had! Service was really kind and the atmosphere is nice! I can only recommend the place 😊

I rate this place 2 stars because i come from thailand. We ordered tom yum soup with shrimp, a plate of green curry chicken with rice, and yellow curry chicken with rice, and a glass of iced thai tea. First of all, the tom yum soup was better than i expected. It was creamy, and i really missed having the taste of it, so i was so happy to have this. However, for the curries, it does not taste the same as it does in thailand, its a bit too creamy and does not have the same thai flavour that it should. ( it would be good with an omlette, i didnt ask for it but its how we have it in thailand). Lastly the thai tea had a nice flavour but it was too watery, not the same as thailand as well. The prices were very expensive for me, as you could eat the same meal in thailand for less than 7 euros. My friend and i paid 19 euros each. Very expensive for me. Nice food and place but i would not go back. Tom yum and thai tea came pretty fast but our rice and curry came almost 30-40 mins later.
