I don't understand the negative reviews here. If you follow the parking rules, this is one of the best places to park in the center of Budapest. There is plenty of parking spots, good price, open 24/7. I park here every time I'm in Budapest and I've never had a problem.

As long as you remember to keep your parking ticket with you and avoid bending it, this is an ideal, convenient, and safe parking garage. The rate is 1,300 HUF per hour, and parking for 12–24 hours costs 10,400 HUF, which is quite reasonable. After leaving the parking area, you need to scan your parking ticket to re-enter. If you forget or lose it, you apparently have to pay a fee of €27. You also need to scan the ticket at every entrance and exit door and when using the elevators, which I think can be considered an additional security measure. The parking spaces are not particularly large, but they are adequate. The service center is located on Level -1, where you can request a parking receipt.

The only positive thing about this parking garage is that it is clean and has toilets. However, you quickly realize that you are paying for all of that in the parking fee. We stayed for only half a day. If you accidentally leave your parking ticket in the car, you cannot get back inside. To enter the garage, you must scan the ticket at the entrance door, otherwise it will not open. This is very inconvenient and frustrating for visitors. Another major issue is payment. I wanted to pay with my phone, but there is almost no internet signal underground. My bank requires an internet connection to approve the transaction. As a result, I had to run upstairs to the city to get a signal, then run back down the stairs and try to complete the payment while barely holding a connection. And the price? €27 for half a day. It’s not that I cannot afford it—we are from Germany—but the day before I parked in a similar parking garage near the zoo and paid less than €10 for the entire day. Overall, I give this parking garage one star only because it is clean and has toilets. But those features are already included in the very high price. For ordinary tourists, there are much better parking optio

The worst parking experience I've ever had. I've never encountered such rudeness. The lot was practically empty, but I was fined 27 euros for allegedly occupying two spaces. I'll never go there again, and I don't recommend it to anyone.

We visited this controversial monument on our walking tour today. The design of the structure is not to everyone's taste. What is not in dispute is the number of people sent from Hungary to the death camps which included Jews, homosexuals and gypsies. In front of the monument are a collection of artefacts. Well worth a visit.
