Amazing location and friendly staff that helped me figure out how to buy a day pass for under $12 USD - Don't need any ID or to sign anything and they have everything you need (I was just randomly walking by from my hotel about to jog and decided to lift instead). THANK U Tihamer and Szandi for everything I really needed that after traveling and working so much 💪

The manager and customer service are awful. I bought 4 months membership, but because I had chain membership after 2 months I still cannot enter the gym by my card. They even told me we cannot see that you’ve paid. I had to show them my bank transaction to them. I’ve to wait every day at the entrance and ask someone to let me in. This is the most uncomfortable things. I’ve sent them email but nothing. It’s so disappointing

- View and location are great - To my biggest surprise, end of June, outside temperature already 30 celsius by 10 AM(26-28 inside), a full glass building, 0 airflow or A/C and based on staff feedback only the building can control the A/C. Whaat? Might be just me but I found it impossible to workout properly without airflow, A/C - Some machines feel a bit outdated - Not busy in the mornings at least - Lockers smell :(

unprofessional behavior from the staff. There was a clear lack of respect, especially in the way trainers were treated, which created an uncomfortable and unmotivating environment. A gym should promote professionalism, respect, and teamwork, but this was not reflected here. I hope the management takes this seriously and works on improving staff behavior and internal communication.

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at Life1 Nyugati. During my visit, my coat was stolen from the premises, which raises serious concerns about the level of security in this facility. What made the situation even worse was how it was handled by the staff. There was no real effort to investigate or assist me properly, and I felt that my complaint was not taken seriously. Most importantly, no compensation or meaningful resolution was offered, despite the fact that this incident happened inside their facility. For a gym of this standard, I expect basic security measures and a responsible, customer-oriented response when something like this occurs. Unfortunately, neither was provided. I strongly advise others to be very careful with their belongings if they choose to come here. Based on my experience, I would not feel safe or comfortable returning.
