Excellent service. Probably the best for a hostel I have experienced. Jasmine, Petra and Barbie were always there for all matters via phone before my stay and on the reception. They helped with everything I and my friend needed. The feeling was very welcoming and warm and made it such more with than a nice hotel. The only remark I may leave is that the rooms in the first floors are very laud. Otherwise excellent.

This hostel is a great way to experience Budapest. It's next to two public transport stations for easy access to the city's attractions and has plenty of amenities itself, and a friendly staff full of helpful people like Xander. Would 100% recommend

I stayed here for 3 nights in a female only 6 bed dorm and had a good stay! Positives: nice and helpful staff, a lot of social activities (like wine tasting, pub crawl bingo, party boats, etc), good discount at the bar, well equipped kitchen, a whatsapp groupchat for all guests to make friends, central location but still calm, curtains for the beds, cheap. Negatives: the shared areas (like kitchen and bathrooms) were not super clean, warm, no hooks or shelfs in the bathroom stalls, weird smell. I would recommend this if you want a cheap and social hostel in Budapest! The actual hostel was calm and not a party hostel, but they had great activities outside of the hostel.

Not as expected The location is convenient with good public transport access, and a Lidl supermarket, cafés, and shops are all within walking distance. However, the immediate surroundings felt less pleasant and not particularly comfortable. The room was significantly smaller than expected and did not match the photos. The family room felt cramped, with limited storage and no kettle, fridge, or proper wardrobe. The beds were soft, narrow, and unstable, and tended to move during the night. Air conditioning was weak, and the blackout curtains were not effective, making the room dark during the day but bright at night due to external lighting. Service was inconsistent, and the check-in experience was not particularly welcoming. Our request for an additional key card was also declined. We were initially given a room with no exterior window, facing the internal lobby, and later moved to another room overlooking an unattractive internal rooftop. The hotel is quite far from the city center, and reaching the elevators from the rooms involves a long walk through multiple corridors. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations and did not feel like good value for money. While it m
