MP Ho(s)tel Budapest

The rooms are pretty nice and the bathroom is fine too, but what really stands out is the staff. They are super friendly, helpful, and genuinely human—they treat you like a person, not just another booking. When it comes to value for money, I honestly think this is one of the best hostels in Budapest. Would definitely stay here again!

One of the worst hostels I have ever stayed in. The staff were very unfriendly. There was no air conditioning and no hair dryer. The rooms and bathrooms were dirty, and a lot of the equipment was broken. The only good thing about this hostel is the location, but you can find a better hostel nearby for the same price.

Booked a twin room here with its own bathroom. Pretty much like any other hotel room with two beds. Everything is clean and functional, for the price and location it's hard to beat. It's not fancy. But the wifi is better than some chain hotels. The room and bathroom was clean and has all the normal eminities including a fridge. There's no TV, oh no, you're on vacation in Budapest and you don't have a TV. Just reminds of a Czech penzion. Service? Barnabas had me checked in and oriented in no time. Very friendly and helpful staff including, Benedict. One travelr checking in accidentally booked a bed in the ladies only accomodations, there were no other rooms available so they had to wait list him. I didn't use the dorm feature so I cannot attest to their quality. However, those booking a shared room be aware of the gender restrictions.
