Ingatlanhitellel kapcsolatban voltam Szele Zoltán ügyfele. A fúzióval együtt járó informatikai nehézségek ellenére hatékonyan, sikerrel vitte végig az ügyet. A folyamat során nemcsak hozzáértő, de figyelmes, ügyfélcentrikus segítséget kaptam tőle. Forduljanak hozzá bizalommal.

Igazság szerint maximum fél csillagot adnék. Egy egyszerű igazolásárt mentem be tegnap. Kereken ötven percet kellett várnom, mivel egy, azaz egy ember dolgozott az egész, óriási helyiségben, ahol 14 munkaállomás árválkodott. Az már más kérdés, hogy az ötveb perc után unottan megérkező alkalmazott nem fogadta el a hivatalos és minden ügymenetre kiterjedő felhatalmazást, mivel szerinte a konkrét ügy intézéséhez konkrét ügy megnevezése is kellett volna. Ez annyira abszurd volt, hogy már nem is vitatkoztam. Mindenesetre, ha bezár a bankfiók, isten ne adja az egész bank, én nem fogok sírni miattuk.

Bankszámla megszüntetés miatt kerestem fel a fiókot. Az ügyintéző ( Tóth Bencéné) rendkívül unottan végezte munkáját, a lehető legminimálisabb kommunikációval, szinte az ügyfélre sem nézve. Semmilyen módon nem képviselte azt a magatartást, amit egy banki ügyintézőtől elvárna az ember. Megpróbált a lehető leghamarabb letudni, úgy kellett harapófogóval kihúzni minden információt, azokra is foghegyről válaszolt. Ha visszakérdeztem bármiért, kicsit felháborodottan válaszolt. Nagyon rossz szájízzel jöttem ki a fiókból. Ha ügyfelük maradtam volna, akkor sem akarnék visszamenni ebbe a fiókba.
