Mustache Hostel

I really liked Mustache Hostel a lot. Recommended! The design is somewhat darkish, but it was nice an cool. Clean showers and bathrooms, good guest kitchen and cool lounge area. Very friendly receptionist. The drinks at the vending machine could be a bit cheaper, in my opinion.

Overall its a nice place and the price is decent. I booked a single private room/bath. The issue is the roll down shade is a very light white and with very bright lights shining in the night time is just as light as day time making it very hard to sleep. The room needs a MUCH darker shade or black out curtains added. After all, the room is for sleeping. Not a big deal, but their refridgerators/freezers need an occasional emptying as they are packed full.

One of the best hostel options you can choose in Budapest!! The place in general is very clean and modern. The rooms are comfy and comes with 2 lockers to store your belongings. The shared area, including shower, toilet, lounge and the kitchen, is also tidy and well organized. Also, the staffs are very welcoming and nice. They are ready to provide you help and assistance anytime. If I come back to Budapest later, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!

I stayed at this hostel a couple of times and had a wonderful experience. The hostel is very clean, well-organized, and feels safe. Both the rooms and common areas are always tidy. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Adam and Daniel — they were always attentive, kind, and ready to help with anything. As a woman traveling alone, it was very important for me to feel relaxed and safe, and that’s exactly what I felt here. Thank you for creating such a warm, welcoming, and comfortable atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again.
