The rudest, most unhelpful people I have met in my many visits to Budapest. I bought Ugg sandals, not inexpensive but that shouldn't matter anyway,and was served by a short blonde girl with glasses and a dark haired girl with tattoos. Neither seemed able to smile and were abrupt. Unpleasant experience.

Very rude staff. Woukd give zero stars , if possible. The girls were bitching all the time, not wanting to show more than 2 pairs of shoes, despite the fact that we had already committed to buying one pair.. very disappointing experience. The owner seems to have responded to the poor customer service, as seen in multiple reviews, however, he/she does nothing to improve it. We ended up buying only one pair of shoes, when infact we wanted to buy 3 pairs.

Vendors are super disrespectful ! I came with a simple question, they were laughing at my face. Do not work in a selling business with this attitude ! They pretended not understanding English and spoke in Hungarian while making jokes about me

Giving them one star for having shoes. There is zero customer service - no welcome, no asking what you want, hard to find someone to give you shoes, and there is no follow up to ask if they fit. If you need another size, it will take time to flag someone to pay attention. The staff tries very hard to avoid eye contact so that you will need to get out of your way to ask them for help. Store was pretty busy and yet, one employee was dedicated to only cleaning the walls and not interact with any customer. Management - if you are reading this - please act to correct!

At Mammut mall, 16 days ago, your employee made a mistake and took more money than me. To fix the mistake, you called the store. I said we didn't live there and we were leaving. However, you still have not deposited my money into my account. You are a company that sells online. You have an account that can pay money to the card you receive payment from. Watch your camera recordings. And correct your mistake. Please deposit the extra money you received into my account!!! I bought 2 different products. He had the expensive shoe scanned twice. And he was overpaid. Geri bildirim
