I bought a shoes on 22 June, was waiting for them more than 1.5 month when I called them and asked about the shoes. They told me there had been a mistake and they could give me another size or the money back. I had already paid 550€ and they didn’t even tell me the shoes,which I was waiting for, it wasn’t available. Nonsense. After that issue, they sent a 30€ voucher as a compensation.

One of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had. The logistics for returning the product were extremely expensive and bureaucratic. The company doesn't respond to emails and, more than a month after sending the product back, they still haven't refunded my money. I definitely do not recommend them.
