I really like this shop. Last week i bought new summer shoes and I had to comeback cause the size wasn't good. The shop assistant was extremely helpful, really professional.

The service here is very poor. The staff appear unfriendly and unwelcoming, with negative expressions and no willingness to assist customers. During my visit, employees were talking among themselves in their own language and seemed visibly annoyed, which created a very uncomfortable atmosphere. The worst part was the complete lack of assistance. I had to look for my size on my own, as no one approached me to offer help or guidance. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and works on improving the overall experience.

Always like the collection of shoes here, affordable price and nice taste. Staff is always rude though, I dont get why. Always exhaling if you ask them for something. I could empathize if there were a lot of clients, but it was only me! Not first time encountering this attitude in this place, used to always buy. Should stop coming to reduce the sales here!

Shocking experience, the staff were incredibly rude and seemed angry from every moment we walked in. There was no sense of basic courtesy, and when we politely asked a question, we were met with really negative attitude and eye-rolling. The whole experience felt unpleasant and even a bit threatening, I just hope the staff could show even a little more respect for their job.
