The seller was super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from the very first minute. I felt comfortable right away and had a great overall experience. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE SCAMS, BULLYING, AND ILLEGAL PRICING Visited this store with my brother and experienced the most toxic, unprofessional retail behavior I have ever witnessed. I gently asked an employee for the price of a shoe. He immediately looked us up and down and condescendingly snapped, 'Are you really interested? Because it's very expensive. I calmly told him that it was highly disrespectful to respond to a customer that way. Instead of apologizing, he got aggressive, started mocking me, and told me I needed to 'take a chill pill' and made references I didn't even understand. When I told him he was the one who needed to calm down because I was speaking normally and he was just doing his job, he escalated it. At the end, he told me the price was €450 and arrogantly snapped, 'Can you afford it?' I told him even if I could, I would never buy from him. He then started laughing in my face, bullying me, and said, 'Yeah, I can see you can't even afford an Air Force. Note: I looked up the exact shoe on their official website later, and it is listed for 280€-400€. He deliberately inflated the price to €450 in the store just to mock and intimidate us. I had an amazing experience at Sneakcenter in Budapest. I picked up two pairs of shoes and some clothes, and the selection was genuinely impressive — tons of great options and very fair prices. But what really made my visit stand out was the service from Jeffery. He’s incredibly charismatic, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what he does. It’s rare to meet someone in retail who brings that level of honesty, expertise, and enthusiasm. Huge shoutout to him for making the whole experience 10/10. Highly recommend this store!
