This is definitely a maned lion. Very interesting. We camped on the bench next to it for a while. Nice hiking trail.

It can be any predator. I wonder why people obsessed with lion. There is one bench next to it. Route to here is better than route to the south from the peak. But still route is rocky enough.

My favourite hiking spot since i was a kid. Close to the citycenter, not too long but the wiew is beautiful if u climb up where the actual lion shaped boulder is

Yes, from a specific angle the rock really looks like a lion, either facing to the right with open mouth or facing towards the path. The walk is nice and easy to get there and it's very close to the urban area.

There is a rocky hike trail right above the rock lion, climb it if you can the view is breathtaking from there.
