Unsafe place to park. Seems nice because the area is expensive to live in. However, this place is filled with liars, cheaters and pickpockets. If you do business around here, keep your valuables tight in a sealed and safe place (not in your car!) And do not talk to anyone you don't know. Just take care of the business you need to do as fast as possible, do not spend any extra money, and leave to continue on your way ASAP. When someone steals, it's no longer possible to bless a decent person with the valuables that were stolen. Almost as much money is stolen in this place as is legally earned. This was my second time here. Last time I had a better experience because I didn't talk to any strangers. Talking to strangers here is like asking God to give you extra problems.

I agree to the reviewers regarding the strange people walking around cars and sometimes pretending to help you park your car. I don’t feel safe parking there alone unless someone is with me!

It has a bit of narrow places, but usually there is empty spots

There is a group of scamers there that will ask for money for parking, everybody can see but the police is blind.

I am not from Budapest, but every time I parked on this lot, I saw some strange people walking around, looking like robbers and strolling around cars, checking them out. I was tempted more than once to call the police.
